sounds cool. I was just taking a shot here, If I have too I will get one off of ebay. I was trying to see if I could find a good deal here. im not looking to pay over $300 shipped to be honest.
bobby (IREEF IKEEPER) will find you a great deal, im dealing parts through him now, and i have no complaints. exilent customer service! i would also check your local private owned fish stores, i dont know about the ones in your area, but the ones around here are always trying to get rid of used stuff people have traided in. i got a 100 gallon skimmer, and a 250 GPH power head for 50 bucks. good luck.

Was just scoping out the latest Dr's Foster & Smith catalogue and they have an Artica Titanium Chiller at 1/20 HP and a Prime Mini In-line Chiller for around $270.

i called him and he is checking on shipping right now. he said it is rated for a 125g system, so that leaves room for you to upsize later and still have a chiller to handle it. i should hear back from him soon. if it has ever been used it was lightly ... it looked to be in great shape to me when i was at his house.

Bobby, I was asking 250.00 for the chiller. It is heavy to ship. The usps site says 70.00 to zip 29483. Tell him I will take 300.00 for the chiller shipped. It is a used chiller. It is a power cool 1/4hp custom sea life, inline chiller with the controller. You just plumb it inline, if it needs to cool the water it does, if the temp is good, the water just flows thru. It is in good shape. Just let me know something. I have a guy that wants to come and see it Sunday. here is a link to the chiller. This is an old premium aquatics link. Power Cooler 1/4 HP Inline Chiller Chillers
that is a heck of a deal, IMHO.

Ok im interested. But ive never had a chiller before. This is my first time with a fish tank at all. So basically I dont know how to hook it up. I just need to know what exactly is needed to complete the process of hook up. Find that out for me if you dont mind and ill buy this.
all you would need is PVC plumbing. it being an inline chiller, all nyou need to do is plumb it in ... overflow water in and PVC back out to the sump. if the water is not warm enough it will not turn on and just be sitting there, but if if the water temo is higher than the set temp ... it will kick on and cool the water to the set temp.

as long as when I get it I can get some kind of step by step advice or something. Like i said before I have the 29 gallon biocube...everything about it is stock, no alterations or anything. so im just not sure exactly how to hook it up..even with the pipe... I would just need to know what size pvc piping...etc etc... do i have to have a pump as well? things like that i need to know.
I did, but my nano was drilled, which made it much easier. The easiest way to use an inline chiller in a nano would be to have a pump (something like a maxijet would be fine) pumping water out of the nano, through the chiller and back into the tank. Generaly speaking, chilling a nano is a challenge because they are all-in-one units, and it's a bit harder to get water in and out of them for accessories. For a nano, you might be better served using a drop in or probe type chiller, but a 29 is on the very, very far end of what those units are able to handle. The chiller mentioned above would be more than adequite, and is a HECK of a steal, especialy including the controller.
