ToTm Contest Winner November

well about my tank
my tank is a island you can see my 180g tank in 3 different views i
love working in my tank i love this hobby a year ago i start it to work on this tank and decide to make the most diy possible so here is a list of all my diy on and working perfect in my tank

DIY

skimmer-- dual Becket with a gem-x 40 pump capable to hold 4 Becket's, the water from one of my overflows go to the skimmer and the pump recirculate from there go to the

80G diy sump from here the water go to the little giant

DIY carbon/ozone reactor

DIY calcium reactor it holds 3 ARM gallons power by a mag 9.5 also DIY magnetic kalk reactor

DIY canopy and stand

DIY durso pipes

DIY MH with exception of the reflector which they are lumenarks max my MH are 3X 400w 20k

DIY close loop power by a reef dart pump and the out puts are inductors

all this is control with a octopus 3000 by x10s also have a software monitoring 4 different temp areas like the canopy ,tank ,sump, and room and i am able to log on and turn anything on/off from any computer online plus i have a handheld remote control if i need to control anything like pumps lights or anything plug to my tank plus i have a web cam looking at the tank and i am able to remote control to

yea they worck really good i love them and i really recomend them to

i will be moving really next weeck or so i have lots of new stuff to change in my tank and the close loop is one of them ill keep you guys post it

thanks guys ones more i hope to show new pics of the move i am changing the acuascaping i just got 300g of sea water today delivery to my new home and i am tinking of geting like 400lb of new south down sand i am just wating for the call
