True ID please.

This piece was labeled Montipora at the LFS. After some research I am thinking it may be Echinopora lamellosa (Hedgehog coral). Any thoughts?

If better photos are needed just tell me what you need. It really didn't look that big at the LFS but now that it is in the tank WOW!

Thanks Mr. FW and Rob. So much for the rare montipora. The piece was more of an orange color at the LFS but when I got home it was slimmed over and green. When placed in the tank it started to turn the beige color it is now. That is when I grabbed my coral books and started searching. I think that they were using 10k bulbs and I have 20k bulbs. Here is a picture of it in the bucket as I dripped acclimated it. The bucket has a 11 1/4" diameter to give you an idea of the size.

Ended up having to move this guy. My arched eyed hawk like to perch on it even with a seio 620 and a maxi jet 1200 pointed at it. He looked like he was in a wind tunnel. There are a few spots that have rubbed through. Will it heal up ok? Say a fella was looking to frag this guy, how would he go about it?

I would take a dremel to it. It's going to smell really bad and the slime it produces will make it very messy.
