Zoos are loosing polyps

My one set of zoos is looking bad.

The brown ones on the left were as full as the pink ones on the right. I was moving some of the aquascape around tonight and realized when I turned this piece that most of the polyps on the back are gone/closed/very tiny. Could this be related to the cyano outbreak? It was not on them or their rock but it was in front of it. I finally used Red Slime Remover a couple of weeks ago because I could not get it under control. The picture actually looks worse than it is because the good side is to the right and the rear. I've moved them in the hope that this will help but haven't done anything else. Any suggestions? I've had these 8 months with no problems.
Parameters:
pH 8.3
NH3 0
NO2 0
NO3 7
Ca 400
Alk 11.8
SG 1.025

Seahorsedreams will become famous soon enough
I would yank it out, throw it in QT and see if there is anything crawling on there that could be eating them.

And cyano can indeed affect them.
