Another Crab ID

I found this today when I picked up a new piece of live rock.
Could not really find anything like it in the forums.
The pictures seem to make it darker than it looks and the front claws are darker.

Any thoughts if I should put this in my reef tank?
Thanks
Steve

Oh Heck no!! Run!! Relocate your family. I have the number for the witneess protection people!

Looks like it's from the Xanthidae family and no it's not reef safe.

What "kind" of rock did you find him in.... rock from what location?

If I'm not mistaken this crab because very agressive after its claw or claws become in larged. Which usually means puberty. But yea i would run as well. They go after anything.

That's a cute little guy you found there and he deserves a great life. How about putting him in your sump as opposed to throwing him off to the left?

I got this with the live rock I bought that had corals on it from another reefer how has to take down his tank. Not sure what type of live rock it is.

Any other thoughts/comments about gwen-o-lyn suggestion of putting it in the sump/refugium where there is only sand and algae?
