Question Hawiian Zebra Hermit Crabs

Hello everyone, I just purchase two Hawwian Zebra Hermit Crabs and these little critters are around .75 inch in size and their absolutely beautiful. I'm looking to get about 25 more of them. I'm curious as to what type of sinking food to purchase in order to round out their diet and ensure that their are getting a proper level of nutrition rather then relying on primarily detritus. Also I searched around the net looking for information on their needs to either molting or take over an external shell when growing but their seems to be some conflicting information on the web. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of these little critters?

i have a bunch of these guys, you dont really need to feed them, they usually get the scraps from you feedings. a nice hawaiian hermit are the pink legs. great algae eatters, they can get expensive at 5 buks a pop.

I understand that I really don't have to feed them but I would like them to thrive and not just survive. What sinking food would you recommend if you were to feed yours? Would you happen to have a URL for a online retailer that sells the Pink Legged Zebra Hermit Crabs? I'm also thinking of getting the Electric Blue Hermit Crabs. I'm interested in the hard to get items.
