Want my Caulerpa covered Rocks Louisville?

Anyone of you in Louisville reading this and want my Caulerpa covered rocks. I have 2 that are heavily rooted that I would be willing to give away. The rocks are not overly asthetic so I am going to just replace them now.

Sure, I would love to add them to my sump. I am trying to get so alage growth for my sump to create a alage scrubber to remove nitrates from my water. Let me know where and when.

Well, since I orginally posted I had gotten rid of it then it has come back. I have changed out some rocks, killed it off others, but the main problem now is the rock it is spawning back from is my main display rock. On that I have so many corals that I am unsure if they will survive if I try to light starve the culpera. So what is on it, green star, brain, zoa's, 2 types of montipora, 2 types of acropora. Now, I am considering getting rid of that rock and taking off the corals (except the green star which I regret putting on the main rock) but I would rather it go into a tank with a fish that will eat it. so the remaining corals will live. Anyway, I also have a 5 to 6 inch wide toadstool mushroom that I want to get rid of if you know anyone that is interested.

Oh, and if you don't have something to eat it, you won't want this stuff in your fuge. If it gets to the display via spores or fragments your hosed. You can get some display safe algae from Aquatica Reef Supply. He has some coraline for the main tank and some spaghetti looking stuff for the fuge.

If it has corals on it I will put it in my main display tank were I have a powder blue tang and a foxface that would love to eat on it. I also would be interested in your toodstool mushroom if you want to get rid of it. Trying to build up my main display tank with corals after I have gotten rid of the majority of the aiptsia in my tank. The aiptisa was so bad that it killed some of my corals. Just let me know

depending on the size of the tank a tang will destroy the macro. I had it everywhere till i got a tank. Now it is just in small crevices where the tang cant or wont stick its head.

You probably wont be able to starve the algae. But if you try your corals should be fine. They receive almost all their food from light, unless you have gorgs or dendros.

A pygmy angel would also do the job. The pygmy angels are not always reef safe, depends on the fish. However, i have seen some high end reefs with angels.
