How long would you keep standing water in a 5 gallon home depot bucket with the top on it?
I would like to make some ro water and keep it around but was not sure how long it would stay good.

What I did was got a 20 gallon tank for like 20 bucks, threw a heater and a hydor nano in there. I fill it up 5 gallons at a time and use it to mix my salt and keep everything aerated. Then by the end of the week everything is all used up for water changes and I start the process again.
I agree. I store 77G at a time and out of curiosity, randomly tested here and there. Perfect as when it was put in!
