    Blond Naso Tang Disease?

Is this possibly a LLE or Hole in Head. Fish is eating well and appears happy. These spots have recently showed up. Can't find a good photo of hole in head disease with a Naso to compare.
first photo is the good side the second 2 are the affected side. Thanks for any comments or help.

Tank Parameters: 156 gallon, 125 lbs live rock, 30 gallon ref, 2-250 mh lighting.
    as of today ph 8.2, ca+ 400, Mg 1250, nitrite,nitrate=0

I am assuming you are talking about the pot marks above the eye on the bad side?? I don't see any other tell-tell signs of HLLE.

My yellow tang got HLLE from stray current in the tank and she did have the pot marks above the eyes but her lateral line was pinkish in color.

I simply loaded her food with tons of vitamins several times a day and she came through with flying colors.

I am a big believer in soaking food in vitamins. I rotate between Kent Marine Zoe and Seachem Vitality. I also use garlic every time I feed.

She is a beauty and really appears very healthy other than the pot marks. How long have you had her?

I forget to tell you, I was putting Marine Max probiotics in the tank as well. I put this in the tank anytime I add a new fish and when anyone appears stressed.

    Best of Luck
