A weirdly defformed algae leaf bubble? I know ive had them before, I figured it was just normal algae..
This bright green little critter's been growing in my tank for a couple of weeks. Anyone have any idea what it is?
For reference, it's probably a between 1/4" and 1/2" long.
Thanks!

It's Neomeris sp. I have it too in my nanos. It pops up and then goes away, comes back again.
yeah i agree with aquafarmer, it is a calcium based algae.

The ones I have get to be 2" long. Mine also seem to wax and wane, right now I only have a couple, a month ago there were a dozen or more.
