I dont know that I would worry about it too much. You would either need a really poorly constructed house or ridiculously large speakers (no such thing) to cause damaging vibration.

We are currently "remodeling" the room which houses our new 75g reef tank. This room also serves double duty as a media/game room. The tank has its own area to avoid any potential harm to the tank by individuals playing other activities. My concern is with the remodel comes a shiny new home theater system. Gone is the small HTIB that I had when initially planned the tank and in its place a shiny new 7.2 speaker system and all the "potential" room rattling sound that one could ask for. While none of the speakers are extremely close to the tank is this something that I should be concerned about. We don't always listen to the system at reference volume however occasionally "when the wifes away the kids shall play"

I agree with Jon. Based on nothing except my gut feeling I probably would not worry about it.
