hmm.. Is there a mute or volume control on your headset? Sometimes, when it is on mute you can hear, but not talk!

    Let me know.

    Thanks for the comment, JustDavidP.

    Now to Bobby.

Bobby, are you trying to use the Web Client or TalkShoe Live Pro?

I need this before I can help further.

    Hi Again Bobby,

Do you have the latest version of TS Pro? If not, try and join a show, and it will update. I also recommend if you still can not use the microphone, that you email the ShoePhone team: shoephone@talkshoe.com. Someone will get back to you and probably will help.

Hi! Sorry, I was out of town and missed seeing this until after the show. Just send me a PM with "TRL Question" in the subject line.

I downloaded all the podcast to put on my iTouch but when trying to listen to them at work, the volume is very low.

I put them on a cheap mp3 player I have that has a very loud volume output and can hear them better but still not loud enough to hear them at my work. It's kinda loud around me where I work so I'm out of options. Is there a way to save the podcast in a format where I can adjust the volume before I put them on my iTouch? All the songs I download off iTunes are plenty loud and I usually keep the volume around 30-32 out of 40. But with the podcast even with the volume on 40, I can't even hear words.

Have you tried adjusting the volume in iTunes? (Right click on the episode, click on get info, click on the options tab and then adjust the slider.) I had a CD with really low volume once I ripped it and was able to fix it this way. I don't know if it will work with a podcast or not but it is worth a try.

I will do that today. The only temporary fix so far is to adjust the equalizer on my cheaper but louder mp3 player so I can hear the podcast. But in turn it makes everybody sound like poo.

Not to mention that some of the audio questions asked are very loud and cause me to rip off my headphones and wipe the blood from my ears.

The unequal volume is a problem with Talkshoe. Interestingly enough you can't hear that on the live call.
