    Where to buy plumbing parts?

I am looking to get some plastic fittings for the plumbing (hose barbs, valves, threaded connectors, and maybe bulkheads and stuff to make a standpipe). Some of this is basic PVC pieces that I can get at the hardware store, but my HD doesn't have any selection for larger hose barbs or alternative valves. I don't like the regular ball valves because they are so tight and gate valves I see online seem a little expensive for something that I will hardly use.

Anyone have recommendations on a good online plumming supply? Thanks!

I'll see if I can get a drawing up tonight of how I plan to plumb...

For bulk heads and stuff i couldn't find at a hardware store i found a kitchen/bathroom plumbing store. They specialize in sinks, counter tops and everything else you could possible find in your bathroom and kitchen, including plumbing. Might be worth looking up in the phone book. The one i go to is online as well and I'll try and find the link for you.

Marine depot seems to have a pretty good selection too.

Yes, good selection but some things are a little pricey, especially gate valves
