How many times does it take?

Rob, All... My clowns just laid their third clutch, however they are consuming them again. How long does it take before they actually lay a viable clutch? The clowns are defiantly on the laying routine, every 14 days they spawn again. Waiting for that first clutch that goes to hatch so that I can prepare for the next clutch (get my green water and rotifers ready).

it can take a few... if you get to 5-7 and still not hatching then you might have an issue.. try increase the parents feeding quality and quantity.. try more diverse things and adding some raw shrimp to it.. not alot but some..

Rob, they are getting 2 to 3 feedings a day now consisting of:
    Formula 1 Flake
    Frozen Cyclopeeze
    Mysis Shrimp
    ORAGLO small pellet
That is the main staples of their diet, but I do have other frozen foods I have been feeding on occasion. Some they eat some they give to their anemone. I'll be patient and keep up the feedings and hope for the best.

sounds like you are doing great.. just be patient.. when they are ready they will let them hatch.

BTW, how many days go by before they eat the eggs? is this number increasing with each clutch?

No not really, usually within 24 hours all the eggs are gone. They usually consume most of them within 2 or 3 hours after they lay them.
