Hello all. I must say this site is wonderful. For someone who has no idea what they are doing, i am learning a lot fast. A friend of mine introduced me to all of this about a week ago and i have been reading and listening to podcasts like crazy. I hope to learn alot from all of you. This is a great resource and I am glad that I found it. Look forward to interacting with more of you in the future. Thanks.

Thank you everyone for your kind and warm welcome. I can't wait to get started. I am planning on purchasing a 24g AquaPod, so be prepared for lots of questions once I purchase it and get it home and attempt to get it setup. I am very excited!!!

We're happy that you found us and decided to join our family. We'll do our best to answer your questions and help you along. By listening to the podcasts before buying the Aquapod, you are showing restraint and willpower over your enthusiasm. That will prove to be an asset in the long run. Most Newbies jump headlong in and when disaster strikes, as it inevitably will, they come with the questions. Of course, we do the best we can with them.

The first bit of wisdom I'd like to bestow on you is, "The only thing that happens fast in a reef tank is disaster". Don't know the author of that sound bite but it's so true. I'm speaking from personal experience as could many others.
