    acan lord care

    need some advice for you acan experts.

    acan lords:
    lighting needs
    feedings
    flow
    water parameters (ive heard they like higher magnesium levels)

    They are fairly easy to keep. They demand decent lighting, weekly feeding seems to help and good water quality. I have two colonies in my tank and produce about2 polyps a month. They also seem to like lower flow too. These are my favorite LPS.

    I have many different morphs of Acanthastria Lordhowensis, Echinata, Sub-Echinata and Maxima. They are all extremely hardy and easy to take of. Their range of tolerance in lighting and flow is incredible. Just treat them like Favias and you won't go wrong.

    It reminds me to much of my spider man outfit after pulling it out of the drier, dont laugh, it was devistating & tramatic for me..lol
