Me with my oldest of four boys (I am the one with the better tan, he is the one with hair). 14 years old, 13th in State wrestling. The last last time we wrestled, will be the last time we wrestle. I went 1 - 4 and my neck hurt for a week. I think I'll stick to water changes and cleaning skimmer cups. That way I don't have to listen to him re-live the moment every night for two weeks.

I figured I was opening myself up to all kinds of grief by posting that. Trap work hurts V, I try to avoid it, and you know what they say, little traps....

I have been away for a while and just saw this post...

V - we need to see a pic of you without your shirt so we can see your shoulder work for ourselves...

I agree that shoulder work hurts - I go to the gym at 4:30 of the am and I try to avoid shoulders.
