    can't play some files

    hi,

    i love love love the show!!! but i can only play some of the files. i suspect that some of them are formatted for use with an ipod? i have windows xp and i use windows media player, is there some sort of file converter or player that i can use?

    I had the same problem. I gave up and just started using itunes.

    to TR. Have you tried deleting and re-loading the files that won't play?

    Download iTunes and they will work. If you subscibe to the show, you will get the new ones when they are released.

    Some files are video files. that may be your problem.

    yes, it is likely the video files that are not playing in windows media player.
    they are in quicktime format so you will need iTunes and.or quicktime to view them as mentioned.

    thanks a lot guys. they play with quicktime. these shows are great. i've saved most of them to disk now
