    Water Holding Bucket and Additive

Ok folks. I just bought a 32 gallon Brute trash can to hold fresh salt water for my tank. My question is, I have Kent Marine Essential Elements additive. Should I put this in the water also, or does the salt mix come with everything the tank should need for it.

    Thanks

Your salt should have all the elements you need. I make my saltwater up in a Brute and keep it for quite a while. The problem with the trace elements is that you can't test for many of them so you don't know if you are overdosing or not.
