    Snowflake Eel

Ok guys and gals. Quick question. I recently added a snowflake eel to my tank. Small, about 8 to 10 inch's in length.

My problem is, I do not know where it is camping out. How do I feed it? It has been in there for about a week now, and I do not know where to put the food to feed him.

    Any idea's?

    Josh

Hey Josh, I notice your post is about three weeks old. you already might have the answer.

Snowflakes are notorious for hiding, like all eels, until they get comfortable with their surroundings. If you ever see it come out of hiding, place food in that area. Be sure it is eaten by the eel or other tank inhabitants before placing more food in there.

How is he doing? Any news?

Snowflake is fine. I had to move my tank, and took it from a reef tank to a fish tank. I have a few rocks in there for hiding spots for the different fish and the eel, who prefer hiding spots.
