Second clutch!!!

I had a first clutch of eggs about 12 days ago. I missed the hatching by hours.

Second clutch is here!!! I cannot remove rock and they won't breed on clay pot.

Can I remove the eggs before hatching?
Or do I just have to turn lights off again when I think they r good to go n just pray for the best.
