thinking of setting up a store

i am starting to gather information and building a business plan on opening a salt water store in the Milford Michigan area. as of yet its still in the dream stage, and who knows if it will ever even leave the garage much less the ground. regardless, would any of you visit a store in the Milford area? i would try to get a storefront on main street. it would be mostly a salty store, bu ti would cater to fresh needs, and would probably carry dog food and whatnot to draw in other customers. i would have special ordering available. what would you guys want to see in a fish store? up for all suggestions.

I would consider making the trek out (live in Windsor, ON, work in Allen Park and Livonia) for some nice corals or frags.

I think what most salty stores (that i have been to lately at least) is a nice selection of Mature frags and mature tanks.

What i mean by that is there are many stores that start up their tanks, put in an order, and then the quality of the tanks and livestock goes downhill because their tanks need attention that they cannot give because they are focused on customers.

So i would say set up all your tanks, order some frags and colonies when the tanks are cycled, then open up a month or two after (financially able of course). If a store was set-up properly (proper lighting and filtration) and had immaculate tanks, i would drive an hour or two for stuff for sure.
