    Too much for me

    Hi guys -
I used to be on this sight quite often. Then - I ahd a baby. And now I don't have the time and money to keep a saltwater tank. We moved to a new house and have decided not to keep the tank. I am looking to sell it and everything that I have. Looking to you guys for help, not sure what to ask for it - where to advertise, etc. I posted pics of everything I have. It is currently sitting above our garage.....would like to get rid of it ASAP. Please help!!

Probably going to work out best for you to offer it on craigslist.com. Package deal, decide what you want for all and post (free to post) there. i don’t think you want to bother with the number of people it would take to part it out.

    Just my thoughts.

PS, congrats on the new little frag. Boy/girl surprise?

    Hi Kat,

Congratulations on your new addition. They do keep you BUSY! I took down my 3 SW tanks when I got pregnant with our son with the idea I would set them back up when the baby got a little older. Well, 17 years later I got back into my SW tanks! LOL

I agree Craigslist is a good way to sell things. Or, if you have an aquarium club that has a local forum that is a good place to advertise too. What size is the tank?

Funny. I didn't get into SW until I HAD a baby! My daughter has been a driving force behind my reef addiction. She LOVES everything fish-wise (Many a book has been written correlating child development and fish tanks... food for thought) and my day wouldn't be complete without watching my little girl animatedly explaining what happened in the tanks while I was wasting my day away from her, at work.
