Cool. I was gonna get the S3 but ended up going with the motorola electrify m instead. Pretty neat gadgets....if I ever get it figured out. I'll poke around online and see if I can find anything about posting pics.

It's good to see you back! I automatically send my phone (HTC Evo 3D) pix to photobucket and then paste the IMG link into the post.

qiuck update, everyones still alive. the metallic stars are growing in and look like they want to spread. the polyps are looking like they want the same. the favia is opening and expanding nicely and accepting food. the monti is also opening its polyps daily. dropped the MH lighting down to 6 hours a day, but may bring it back up to 7

Sweet! The only thing that I see that may need some attention is the lovely red stuff on the bottom of the glass. How are your params? I guessing nitrates and/or phosphates are a bit high.

Could very well be, ill be honest, I don't have any test kits left an my salinity tester broke too. I'm judging water salinity via a float hydrometer. Just water changes regularly and I only feed the tank every Monday.the only thing in the tank besides coral is three hermits.

ok boys and ghouls, im thinking of breaking out my engineer cap and doing a few mods. first off, will a spray bar help me in any way? as of now my only factory pump has a basic fan nozzle on it, but i was thinking of doing a spray bar that goes down the back wall creating a wall of water movement if you will. secondly im going to quiet down my skimmer with a remote intake manifold (scientifically called a piece of airline glued to it.) third i want to build a small surface skimmer to take care of some of the dust that collects due to being topless. and im open to any other mod that i can do without disrupting the residence.

I like the spray bar idea. Anytime you have more water movement it is good! And, depending on how you position it you will be able to keep debris off the bottom.

If you don't have your rocks on stands that is a easy thing to do to improve circulation.

The first one is a radioactive candycane coral. I have no idea what that second one is, but it has pale green polyps when its open.
