    Restarting a 29gal biocube

Due to a unfortunate leak I have had to remove everything from my bio cube pull it apart and redo all of the seams. I am now leak free and would like some suggestions on setting it up again.

I would have posted this under nanos but I keep getting logged out when a click on nano.

Was everything housed in another tank while you repaired this one? What exactly are you moving back in? If sand and rock were dry, or not kept in good conditions (circulation, temp, salinity) expect some dieoff and a cycle as if the tank were all new.

fortunately I had time to move everything into a new tank for temp storage. I have about 70-80 lbs of live rock and enough live sand to cover the bottom of my biocube with about 4". I have 1 clown, 3 cromises, a goby with shrimp, some blue leg hermit, featherduster, 3 candy canes, several mushrooms and about 20 red ricordia and a toadstools

Ok, well, you'll probably get something of a nitrate spike by disturbing a sand bed that deep, but other than that, I wouldn't expect too many problems.

I plan to let the tank cycle before I start putting stuff back in.
