Sounds like you need to start taking aricept or namenda, quite possibly both.
The upgrade sounds great, what are your plans for it?
what are those? and im not sure very early in planing process but ive already talked it over with my parents already

what eats organic build up? and what should i get to taim the red hair algae before it gets out of hand?
love the weather in memphis so unpredictable!
it could be red slime algae? ill try to get pic. but other than that everything is doing great! all fish are still alive and swimin.

As far as organic buildup goes it sounds like you need more flow to keep it in suspension. Do you have a skimmer? If so it will take the organics out. Otherwise, you can siphon it out when you do water changes.
Cyanobacteria (red slime) blows off easily with a turkey baster. It that what you have?

thats sounds like what i have. and my clownfish disappeared!!!!

Look in the back sump area for your clown. Also, look around outside of your tank to see if it has gone carpet surfing.
Lowering nutrients and increasing flow will help with the cyano. At the same time I would siphon it out whenever it appears. To remove less water when you do this use a piece of airline tubing.

clown fish no where to be found. ((( but on a happy note my ocellated dragonet is doing amazing hes perching on my top rock and hes nibbled on a fallen pellet or to so maybe hell semi switch and nibble pellets if the copeopods go down or something.

Did you check in the back sump area for your clown? They've been known to get back there.
That is good news if your dragonet is actually eating pellets (as opposed to mouthing them and then spitting them out) because one will certainly out eat the number of pods a biocube can produce. Keep an eye on him from the top down. If his head is looking wider than his body it means he is starving.

sold the zoas in the bottom left corner. they were growing to fast and i couldnt reach the corner of the tank to scratch algae off so it made my tank look bad. kermits reef is evaluating it now and im getting store credit! i did buy a new one. its 2 different kind of zoas and theese little blue or purple clover things...pics when i can.

Evaporation is normal, just make sure to keep it topped off. I top off my nano morning and evening so I avoid osmotic shock and parameter swings.
