Sounds like you need to start taking aricept or namenda, quite possibly both.

The upgrade sounds great, what are your plans for it?

As far as organic buildup goes it sounds like you need more flow to keep it in suspension. Do you have a skimmer? If so it will take the organics out. Otherwise, you can siphon it out when you do water changes.

Cyanobacteria (red slime) blows off easily with a turkey baster. It that what you have?

Look in the back sump area for your clown. Also, look around outside of your tank to see if it has gone carpet surfing.

Lowering nutrients and increasing flow will help with the cyano. At the same time I would siphon it out whenever it appears. To remove less water when you do this use a piece of airline tubing.

clown fish no where to be found. ((( but on a happy note my ocellated dragonet is doing amazing hes perching on my top rock and hes nibbled on a fallen pellet or to so maybe hell semi switch and nibble pellets if the copeopods go down or something.

Did you check in the back sump area for your clown? They've been known to get back there.

That is good news if your dragonet is actually eating pellets (as opposed to mouthing them and then spitting them out) because one will certainly out eat the number of pods a biocube can produce. Keep an eye on him from the top down. If his head is looking wider than his body it means he is starving.

Evaporation is normal, just make sure to keep it topped off. I top off my nano morning and evening so I avoid osmotic shock and parameter swings.
