The 3rd picture looks like a mushroom to me. Try increasing the flow where the cyano (red slime) is accumulating and siphoning it as soon as you see it, even every day if necessary. If you are concerned about removing too much water you can use a piece of airline tubing instead of your regular siphon.

There is no elevator to success in marine tanks. You have to take the stairs.

ocellated dragonet is still doing amazing! just found him in the back of the tank. managed to get him out in uunder a min will be checking dayly for him. ive mad a lot of little zoanthid frags and removed one of the 2 toadstools and attached it to the rock the frogspawn is now 5 head instead of its orriginal 3. everything has grown so much i can start to see some little tiny red mushrroms here and there. i count 3. coral bauty is not eating any zoas as long as i keep him fed. trying to spot feed ocellated dragonet with brine shrimp just to make sure hes getting enough food. his colors have really darkened since i got him. no new fish or anything. if snow gets me out of school tomorrow will try to take some pics and share with yall.

Make sure you are getting enriched or gut loaded brine, the plain ones are not nutritious.

Newly hatched brine, which are <24 hours old still have nutrition from the egg but once it is used up they are practically non-nutritive.

Unfortunately this is often the case. The rule of thumb is that they need a mature tank (>1 year old) of at least 55 gallons that has 75 or more pounds of LR.
