    Montipora Eating nudibranches.

One of the things I stress to all reefers is to pay attention to the little things. The big things are fairly easy to see. It’s the little things that go unnoticed. We often look right at them for days and don’t “see” them. I like to think I’m different, to practice what I preach. I look my corals over every day. Here’s what I found this morning...

This is in one day. That’s a cluster of nine Nudies on the left and one on the right. Where did they come from??? I don’t have a clue.

Warner Marine Coral Dip, at 4 x the dosage and a half hour dip, had no effect on the dirty buggers, I finally picked each one off with a needle point tweezers, ten total. Then I flushed the area with a bulb and pipette of SW. I’ll have to watch this frag carefully for awhile.

Check for the little things you happy reefers.

Gee Dick, I hope they haven't laid eggs. One of my local buddies lost all of his montis to these pests.

I’ll be checking every morning. Going out right now. I’ll report my findings.

Scary how something small can sneak by. Glad you caught it and I hope you are able to eradicate the little devils.

Dang those little nudis had a field day, I am glad you found them ahead of time and got rid of them hopefully.
