    Do Sea Urchins Molt

Do sea urchins molt there test/shell? The reason that I am asking is that I found a shell of my tuxedo sea urchin and have not seen my tuxedo sea urchin since finding the test/shell. Is my tuxedo sea urchins dead or just hiding since molting?

There is no elevator to success in marine tanks. You have to take the stairs.

That is correct. It is dead. Most likely reason, starvation.
