I bought this product back when I trusted my LFS, a bit pricey at $25. I still have it, is it worth using?

Ive heard,"snake oil" Ive heard it can cause an algal bloom, I ve heard others say its great, but if even YOU havent heard of it, possibly snake oil. I have it, so if there is ANY benefit, I'lluse it, but not if it may cause a bloom.

It has sugar in it so I think if you over did it you could get the same kind of slime problem people get when dosing vodka. With all the vitamins in it I think if I had it I would probably use it but at lower doses and less frequently than the manufacture recommends.
