Finally got my new refugium up and running

Finding a good 33 long was difficult but now it is up and running. I blocked off the tank into 3 sections. The 1st section will eventually house a mantis the second will be for macro algea and the third section will be for grape calurpa.

What ya think? I still need to tidy the room up a but with wires and water lines but you get the point

nice, im currently doing the same thing with my tank. well i already have a refugium below my tank but im adding a 10 gal above my tank can be fed pods without being demolished by my return pump. i just drilled my 10g and took alot of pictures along the way and am planning to post it on the forums in a few days.

    Thanks everybody,

I don't have any scientific reason for separating my algaes. I am mainly doing it because my grape caulerpa grows so rapidly and get entangled in the other algaes and make a mess.

makes total sense. seems like it will make harvesting a lot easier too. it will make trading with other hobbyist or your lfs a whole lot easier also.

OK I have an off topic question.
In the first picture on the bottom there is a clear barrel.
Looks like a 50+ gallon container anyone have any idea who sells these?

Sorry Aaron I didn't see your reply untill now. I actually got that barrell from a place here in NH that you go and make your own home made beer called Incredi-brew. I have seen them online also at places that sell them too ex. http://www.bayteccontainers.com/cltoppobaand.html

    Hope this helps
