Q: is your QT hooked up to the skimmer?
Here are some pictures of my 125g tank and sump, which of course like most reef tanks is a work in progress

To answer your question my QT is not hooked up to my system. The sump you see has four tanks running off it, all except my QT, which is self contained.
Awesome looking setup.

Thanks ! I have put alot of time and money into my setup. Of course my wife thinks I am crazy and addicted to reefing. I think she might be right on both accounts.
Thank you, I really like your pic of the firefly fish is blue or is that just your lighting?

why not, I thought about breeding the yellow head jawfish, but decided on the bang cardinalfish instead. Once I get my tank fully cycled.
The reason is I am trying to save up to go to MACNA this next September and all my money is going that way. Besides even if I did have the money I already promised I would get my younger brother two nemos for him and that is about all the fish I can have in my little 10 gallon nano, also they are hard to find in my area.
Bangaii Cardnal fish (Pterapogon kauderni) is a great fish to breed and are fun to watch in an aquarium. I used to have a pj cardinal before it died due to shock and it is one of my favorite fish. They are a real treat to have.

I cannot wait to start breeding them, but I have to patient or I will be just wasting my time and money. As we all know good things come to those that wait
Yep, take your time climbing those stairs and you will have success. Do lots of research on breeding too and that will also lead to success. I wish you the best of luck with breeding your cardinals and keep us posted on it.
