    can someone tell me what this is

    I found this on my live rock and didnt know what it was. at the time i just left it cause it was something in the tank. Can someone let me know what it is and if i should keep it or get rid of it.IMG_1317.jpg

    It's an aptasia anemone. A pest best removed or killed before it can multiply. They can sting corals, and reproduce rapidly.

    am I the only one who likes these guys?.... nobody loves me, everybody hates me... guess I'll just eat worms!!

    A quick shot of kalk paste (mrs wages pickling lime in RO water) or adding a few peppermint shrimp should do the trick!

    They are cool looking but i did find 4 small ones growing so i will take care of them tomorrow

    I like them and have a few in my DT as of now since I don't have much corals, I guess it gives me something more to look at and they are great part of the CUC. But once I start getting more coral and they start taking over, some peppermint shrimp are going to have a feast.
