Thanks Carmie - I knew either you or Dick would reply first. I am so thrilled by my success with this species, I wish non-aquarists could appreciate it, i.e. co-workers, friends, etc. Thank goodness for the WWW and Aquarium forums.

Happy Birthday/Anniversary. We've been hosting this beauty for over a year now. I feel very lucky given this species well-established poor success rate. I hope to be celebrating again in another year.

    Wow Keith, that is wonderful!

(How's school going? I should be studying, not checking forums!)

    Hi CarmieJo,

What are you studying? All is relatively well for me. We (New Englanders) are noticing the first real push of spring. Finally and Thankfully.

Here is a 1-year picture of our beauty which was taken this morning whilst grazing on Nori during the DT's sunrise.

Thanks for all you interest. I wish I had more time to be a real contributor to this message board. Talking Reef seems to be visited by the best of the best when it comes to reefers, aquarists, and people in general.

    Kind Regards, Keith

Thanks for all for the kind words. The only downside to this beauty is his/her affinity for what was once a beautiful softball sized green frogspawn which is now completely gone as well as the pulsing xenia we had throughout the DT. No worries, those are both relatively easily replaceable down the road, especially the xenia. It is all about choices.
