Nice clams!
I think I mentioned in the podcast about the need for extreme depth of field for SPS macros... thought I'd mention same applies for clams, for similar reasons. Here's an example of a clam shot I took where I really wish I had added a couple stops of aperture... but still a shot I like quite a bit.

No macro lens here. I am only using a Canon powershot A75 with macro mode on of course.

yeah, one of the nice things about a digicam, you can do that stuff sometimes...
i have a Canon 300D dSLR, but dont really haev the right lense for macro shots...lol
one of these days i will get one..

Meh, heck if I know....
I never kept clams so I have trouble telling some of them apart. But if you put a gun to my head, I'd guess 'Derasa.'

The top one is a teardrop maxima, and the second is a crocea.
Robs looks like a crocea also. As for Travis's not sure but its freakin sweet.
