Alright Shawn, you got me, IS SHE STILL AVAILABLE??? LMAO
I'll look again but I think I saw your Octo avalible the other day. What was the name?
I have water in the 39 trying to find lights, I may do a Frogfish in it.
Get this I bought the tank(150) and told her about it on the way home. I got a huge deal and couldn't turn it down. She said cool see ya when you get home. I changed my mind you cant have her anymore.
Never had a Frog fish before, I did have a Toad fish. Pretty cool, except he hid most of the time. I ended up giving him to my sisters boyfriend, he had that thing for a few years. What kind of lights are you gonna use?
Yeah, probably a good idea to hang on to her...
Nope, I haven't had time to touch the 240 yet. I cleaned it out a little, but that's it so far.
One of the LFS has a orange frogfish I nned to read up on them befor I get one.
frog fish are definately characters of their own. its very hard to find ones that eat frozen foods. i once had a baby yellow frog fish about the size of a penny. in one year he changed color to bright orange and was a little bigger than a golf ball.
nice fish, just make sure the fish in the tank are way larger than itself because i fed my angler fish the same size as them and they totally swallow em up.
Shawn was it an Octopus Bimaculoides or Octopus Bimaculatus?
Is this Orange Frog fish the same as a Toad fish? My Toad fish was orange, and went from about 2.5" to about 5" in a little over a year. I fed him mainly frozen Krill. I offer him one at a time on the end of a turkey baster.

The one I saw was orange and a little smaller than a baseball. The LFS said the had it for a month and its eating, she didn't know what, "but it must be eating because its been here so long". Yeah right.... I was going to put it in a 39 that I got from John with some LR and thats all. I have a bit more reading to do befor I get him...

i had a 8" angler that ate my 24" trumpet fish. the trumpet was folded up inside the angler like a coat-hanger.
