Kalk Reactor affecting Skimmer Performance

How was your skimmer affected by using a Kalk reactor?
I have been running the Kalk reactor since the past weekend and I have noticed a gradual increase in micro bubbles in the display. I just couldn't take it anymore there are too many micro bubbles. So... I adjusted the skimmer output this morning.
Anyways the skimmer seems to be pulling out lots more stuff. I would normally empty the collection cup every 5-6 days. Now its every 2 days???
Is this a normal thing?
Thanks

The Kalk reactor should have nothing to do with your skimming. Have you tried turning the Kalkreactor off to see if the problem is still there?

I figured out the skimmer problem. I did turn off the reactor for a week and my skimming was reduced just a bit. I also had a little salt creep in the air hose that was affecting my skimmer got that cleaned and got the reactor flowing again and now the skimmer is working like a champ.

CarmieJo is on a distinguished road
I flush my venturi with RO/DI several times a week to prevent this from happening.
