Purely H2O Online Purchase Inquiry

Hello everyone, I was curious to know if anyone has ever made purchases from the website PurelyH2O. I recently placed an order for a Booster Pump for my RO/DI Purifier back on April 07, 2006 and I contacted them on Monday, April 11, 2006 to check up on my order. I received one E-mail regarding the other that I would be contacted regarding the shipment and tracking number and its Thursday, April 14, 2006 and no response. I have called and it goes straight to an automated voicemail and the feature online that lets you talk to a live rep says offline all the time. Has anyone had any issues with this company or have the placed successfull orders before I contact my credit card company to cancel the transaction? Thanks for you help everyone.

I have purchased a great RO/DI system from them and shipping did take a while but great product. I had just purchased a TDS meter from them a couple of days ago. I hope all goes well.

Some guy from purelyH2O is on Reef Central's Lighting, Filtration, etc forum all the time. Look for some RO/Di threads and he'll probably have posted and you can PM him.
