Homemade Frozen Food.

I would like to start making my own Frozen food for my tanks and was wondering what a good recipe is. I am considering using a mix of:
1/2 lb wild salmon
1/4 lb bay scallops
1/4 lb 70-90 shrimp
5 cubes of Mysis
3 cubes brine shrimp
Does this sound like a good mix or should I be doing something different? I would like to add some sort of veggies but not sure what to use.

While waiting for your stocking list I will say I'd skip the brine shrimp as it has very little nutrition. I'd add vitamins and garlic.

Currently Two Percula Clowns 1 serpent star, 3 red leg hermits, 1 Mexican turbo snail. But once the 35 is done cycling I plan on moving everybody over and adding 2 Green Clown Gobies, and 1-2? Chalk Bass.

What type of Vitamins would you recommend? I forgot to put that I would add 2 cloves of fresh garlic.

Selcon or Marine Zoe are both good.

Should I add more mysis in place of the brine shrimp?

I add some nori and Cyclopeeze. I think rather than go with more mysis I would use the Cyclopeeze. I also buy my mysis in a flat pack. It is a bit cheaper and I find it easier to use than the cubes which always are too big. I use white fish but salmon is probably better as it is higher in omega 3's. I guess you could go half and half to add variety.

if you have corals ... i would highly recommend adding DTs oyster eggs, and Cyclopeeze. For the fish and corals i would also add things like plankton, reef plankton, krill, and oysters or scallops to the mixture.

also, if you blend it and think that it is fine enough ... go ahead and blend it for a coupe of more minutes. you want everything to be edible to the smaller fish.

CYCLOP-EEZEŽ : Home are little micro-crustaceans that most fish go crazy over. One shop around here always feeds Cyclopeeze when you ask to see a fish eat. They are small and can actually be taken by filter feeders and corals. DT'S PLANKTON FARM - Natural Reef Diet Oyster Eggs & Live Marine Phytoplankton are a great coral food.

I went on a LFS hunt for cyclop-eeze and couldn't find nowhere...

I have not seen the SFB product so I am not able to say. All of the independent LFS around here carry the Cyclopeeze but I am no the other side of the county so that doesn't mean anything.
