nope.. coralines come in many colors.. to my knowledge there is not a real difference from a hobbyist stand point..

i have to say, i have seen coralline that was almost blueish, but never seen true blue coralline, would love to see pics also.

i only see pink coraline, and some algae..
the blue shaded stuff on the right side of the rock, does not not resemble coralline (at least to me)

I have some blue sponge that grows really close and flat on the rock and could probably be mistaken for blue coralline algae. But, that's not what it looks like on the picture that you posted....
