proper ways to upgrade or move your tank

hi there,
im currently upgrading from a 30 reefer to a 75 reefer and due to the space limitation the 75 must go in the same spot where my 30 was. i dont wanna kill any of my inhabitants during the process so is there a proper way to do this move??

i wanna reuse as much things as possible to cut cost. (ex. pumps rocks and sand)
