Hi,
I have a couple of questions regarding the Culturing of Phytoplankton.

1) What temperature are your cultures kept at?
2) How do you feed it to your tank and what is it which feeds off it?

both these questions are answered in the Q&A#5 show

but the quick answer
1.) room temp is just fine
2.) most all coral and filter feeders will eat it, adn the amount depends on what you have and how much. i feed 1 cup 2-3 times a week
