Great show and a suggestion

Firstly, great show. You've certainly attracted a pretty good listener base going on the member list of this site.

A suggestion for you is maybe have some of the members be able to call you on Skype while you are recording a show with their own comments on the topic you are covering that week. I'm sure they also have a wide range of experiences and it might be a great way to build community involvement.

Keep up the good work!

Scott.

that is a great suggestion, i have thought many times on a good way of doing that.

based on other levels of feedback and comemtns my fist concern is that people wouldnt call, or there would only be one, maybe two people call..

i do have the skype voicemail, for everyone to leave a voice comment, or question. so far, that has never been used by any of the listners.

i am even open to doing shows with listners... setting up a show were a listner and i can discuss there questiosn, or where a listner can share there experinces... i REALLY want to make this more of a community..

i am open to suggestions.

Agreed, considering the (at this stage) modest listener base.

I'm at the embryonic stage of setting up a 7ft reef tank and have been keeping a full log and photo record thus far which I'd love to contribute to the site.

The stand is about to be built (into a wall) and I've made about 40kg of DIY live rock. Sand had to be purchased (A$120) and I'm hoping to have the MH lighting (salvaged from pulled down 150W shop fittings for a song) built into a DIY hood before the end of the year.

Let me know if this info could be of use - particularly for beginners - and I'll send it on.

Cheers...

Scott.

yes, that sounds great..
there have been a few requests for this, so i will set it up..
i will setup a forum, for peopel to track and log there tank builds, adds, or changes.

just start a thread in the new forum, and add a post as you add or change your tank...
