You know that Manny does custom acrylic work. I bet he could build a frag tank.

Shoot, sorry i missed this.

Just to add something to the discussion on the mods for the Maxijets:

The modded maxijet pushes about 1,200 gph, and i think most of these ratings are guesses. An MJ 1200 plus a mod costs a total of about $40 (or 1 euro :P ) and that same amount of cash will get you a Hydor Koralia 3 moving 850 gph with a magnet/suction cup, moveable heads, and an overall nicer design. I have two and two: 2 modded MJ's, and two Koralia 3s. Personally, i would recommend people just grab the Koralia instead of modding the maxijets.

Of course, if you already have maxijets, the mods are a good way to crank some extra flow out of them. However, be prepared for some extra tinkering. The mods are not perfectly balanced and tend to cause annoying vibrations against the glass.

Lastly, i concur with the comments about not hooking modded maxijets to a wavemaker. I had one of mine plugged into the same surge protector as my lights, so it would turn off at night. Just that turning off and on once a day was enough to mess up some part of it. It would not spin the right direction and make some really annoying buzzing sound while it was doing so. I managed to fix it; turns out the rubber thing on one end of the metal rod was messed up. Some LFSs say you can use them on wavemakers, but i wouldn't do it.
