What are the little gnat like things running around my
LR ? Sorry don't have a picture, just have a cheap point and shoot, but this is a new tank with cured
live rock . Thanks.

doese it look like this? These are amphipods, great fish food if you have them!

Yes I think so. No fish yet just set up the
LR in tank.

If they are really tiny they are copepods. To me they look like little whitish periods on the glass. Amphipods are bigger, I can actually make them out as little comma shaped bugs.
