finding an overflow

so where can i find a good possible a thin blue overflow box for the 36g bow front?
is it better to make it myself out of 3 pieces of acrylic of just buy one?

i seen one site that had the for sell but they were too wide for the look im tring to get. not to mention very expensive lol.
can someone point me in the right direction?

im very handy i actually went to a plastics dealer and bought some baffles for my sump and i seen so nice blue acrylic and i came up with the perfect measurements on he spot but he wouldnt cut his big sheet or such small pieces what a jerk!!!
i was thinking about doing a 12" x 10" box thats 3 " wide in non-transparent blue with a 3 \4" bulk head just have to find another dealer an go buy a drimmle for the slots.
so what do ya think about hat or still should i just go buy one?

and yes i came up with that standing in a plastics manufacturer!!! isnt thjat how the best ideas a thought up?
