Sapphire skimmer HELP -24 gal Aquapod

Hi,

Installed the skimmer yesterday. Took out all the other "media" (sponges, balls ect) and it fit fine. Blocked all the grates according to criptic instructions (how does the water circulate with all the grates blocked?) It seems to be working, but I get a lot of microbubbles whenever I try to adjust the cup. Am I doing this right?????????? Oh, and, is the entire thing besides the cup at the top supposed to be under water?

to TR. I've never used a Sapphire so I can't help at all. Have you tried emailing them?

Yeah, the company has gone "dark" I hear for personal, and sad, reasons. It seems to be doing fine and I plan to empty every 3 days or so.....sooooo....easy as I go I suppose!mm

I had heard that as well but thought that Kyle might respond to emails. I met him at MACNA and he seems to be a nice guy.
