You can take your choice on that one Scott. If the
frag disks look OK where your
frags are going leave them. If you'd like to mount one in a special place, you can remove it from the disk and re-mount it. However, that being said, it's better for the
frag not to be re-mounted because of the extra handling. Corals will grow over the disk in short order and in time you won't even know they are there. But, there are instances where you might want to re-mount.
I bought a small tile wet saw at
HD for $89 that does a great job cutting corals, and removing excess rock or
frag disks, etc. I highly recommend anyone getting into fragging on a regular basis get one. I also bought a Dremel tool. They come in handy as well.
