well all of my test show that the tank has finnally leveld out the ph is 8.2 and everything is at zero i am so excited.. i hadnt check it in a few days and was surprised to see all the test level out...YAY!

sounds like you've already learned one of the most valuable lessons in this hobby...patience! You dont have to micromanage your tank to be successful. Some times its best to just let it be.
