Most people i know use a container of some sort 9bucket, pitcher, etc and a length of clear airline tubing. They place the container with the fish, shrimp, etc on the ground or a chair and use the airline tube to siphon water out of the tank into the container. You can tie a loose know in the bottom of the airline tube and tighen or loosen it to regulate the drip rate. Some people use one of those little thumb screws you can use to regulate air flow on an air pump, or powerhead venturi.

Me, I'm lazy. I float the bag for 10 minutes or so, then open the bag and pour a little tank water in every few minutes. When the bag is half full, I dump out a bunch of water and start adding tank water agian. Repeat this process for an hour or so and in the tank they go. haven't lost anything yet.

There are drip devices on the market that consist of a length of air line with a small valve on one end to regulate the drip rate. Check your LFS, see if they have one or can get you one. If not PM me and I'll get you one.

I cable tied a small rock to about 5 feet of airline tube on one end leaving about 4 inches hanging off. this goes in your tank. I then tie a simple over under knot at the other end leaving about 4 to 6 inches of line from the knot to the end. start the suction and tighten the knot. You want a contast drip to where its almost a solid stream. You want about 4 to 6 drips per second. You can put an airline valve(found at your LFS ask for an inline valve) on one end instead of using the knot. As you can see you can make your own very easy.

Weight(a piece of LR rubble works best)
zip tie or twist tie
5 feet of airline tubing
inline valve(optional)

I can take a picture of it and post it if you want. Just let me know

Here is an article that has photos Reefreaders - Acclimating Fish that should help. I use an old IV setup, complete with the roller that controls the flow and the hard plastic part that is put into the bag of fluids. I stick that end in the tank because it is heavy and stays down and use the roller to control the drip into the bag. I don't run rescue any more so I don't know what I will do if it wears out, ask my doctor I guess.
